30-Day Breathwork Challenge — A Deep Reset for Your Mind, Body, and Energy

This 30-day journey is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your nervous system, and build a steady, sustainable breathwork practice that supports you long after the challenge is complete. Over the course of a month, you’ll move through three phases, one phase for every 10 days, to gently expand your capacity, deepen your presence, and strengthen your resilience.

Every morning you’ll move through a simple yet potent rhythm:-30–40 deep, intentional breaths , filling the belly, rising into the chest, and letting go with ease.

On my count, you’ll take one full breath in, release, and enter the retention hold… a spacious pause where the mind softens and the body reorganizes.

Each round completes with a recovery breath that anchors you back into your center.

Phases 1 and 2 guide you through three powerful rounds each morning.

Phase 3 expands into four rounds, opening the door to deeper activation, clarity, and transformation.

Mouth breathing is recommended for full effect, though nose breathing is welcome if it feels more natural.
