Mens Circle

LEAN IN BROTHERHOOD
BROTHERHOOD IS THE MEDICINE.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Men, when was the last time you sat with other men and felt free to speak honestly about your life?

To be heard. To let your guard down. To feel a sense of belonging.

This Friday, we gather around the fire, step into the heat of the sauna bus, meet ourselves in the cold water, and circle up together. We may bring in some intentional breathwork to quiet the mind, connect with the body, and arrive more fully with one another.

There is something powerful about men choosing to show up. Making time for connection. Speaking what has been weighing on their hearts. Listening with presence. Building friendships that reach beyond the circle.

Over the past couple of years, this community here in Southern Oregon has been growing. I feel deeply grateful for the men who continue to bring their honesty, courage, and heart into this space.

For the past five years, I’ve been walking deeper into the medicine of brotherhood with Sacred Sons and bringing what I learn home to our community. Next week, I fly to Los Angeles to continue that work through ceremony and Community Relational Training with my Sacred Sons family. This path continues to deepen my commitment to creating spaces where men can connect, grow, and support one another.

Maybe you’re ready to take better care of yourself. To build strength in your body and connection in your life. Maybe you’re looking for friends, moving through something difficult, or simply craving a place where you can speak and be heard.

There is room for you here.

Come with a willingness to be present, respect the men beside you, and meet yourself honestly. You’re welcome to share at your own pace.

There is deep intention behind this gathering—and every man who shows up helps shape what we create together.

My private residence in Central Point, Oregon
Fire • Sauna bus • Cold plunges • Men’s circle
$20 suggested donation helps cover sauna wood, ice for the plunges, and the snacks provided.

This contribution also represents commitment and accountability. I’ve offered free circles many times, and I’ve learned that expressing interest doesn’t always translate into showing up. Time, energy, care, and resources go into preparing this space. There is real value in what we create together, and honoring that begins with our agreement to show up for ourselves and each other.

If money is an issue, please reach out. We can make an arrangement. Your willingness to commit and follow through matters.

Message me for the address and to let me know you’re coming.

Come sit with us, brother.
Your presence matters.
